Hello, Amazing People!
This is just a quick note to let y'all know that I'm on my way down to Marin General for my follow-up CT scan, which happens today at noon. Wish me luck!
I've been looking forward to this day for quite some time, with a mixture of trust, faith, and a bit of scanxiety. Above all, though, I feel an impending sense of relief to be nearing another major data point. I look forward to further documentation of my remission!
I also had a blood draw this morning. My latest couple of tests have shown continued decreases in the tumor markers we've been following (both of which now fall right in the middle of normal range!). I have continued doing my best to support this ongoing cure-completion through the healing practices I've written about lately, and I feel increasingly well and good in my body. I'm taking all these bits of information as encouraging and positive signs.
As I walk out the door here in a moment and cruise down the 101 for this scan, I know that my ancestors, helping spirits, and loved ones — including you — are riding with me. Thanks for that.
I am propelled by all the love and light I've received over these difficult months (all the love and light that I'm made of!), and I believe with greater certainty than ever that we got this.
All that's left to do now is ride this wave...
I'll be speaking with my doctors next week, and I'll be sure to send an update as soon as I have a chance to process it all.
In the meantime, I've been working on a number of projects, including my writing, my evolving website, and the curation of a book list that I hope to share with y'all in the coming days.
I'll also hopefully be sending out a note soon to celebrate that our healing fundraiser has reached 80% (and then 90%, and then 100%) of its goal. Much appreciation for the continued support!

PS. It will also be Satya's birthday on Monday, October 25, and I'm feeling very happy to celebrate 9 years of fatherhood!
